All this information will be kept totally confidential. Only Butterfly4Volunteers would use it to reach you, before, during, or after the volunteer period.

Cancellations within 2 days: 100% refund.

Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund.

No refund for cancellations after 7 days.

Cancellation of 30 or more days before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 75% of the total fees paid in advance, excluding the registration fee of 200 euro.

Cancellation of 15 to 30 days before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 50% of the total fees paid in advance, excluding the registration fee of 200 euro.

Cancellation of 14 or less days before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 10% of the total fees paid in advance, excluding the registration fee of 200 euro.

Cancellation of Projects by Butterfly4Volunteers before the start with the Project, there will be a refund of 100% of the total fees paid in advance.

If Butterfly4Volunteers cancels a Project before or during the Project Period due to conditions beyond our control, we will refund you 75% of the remaining weeks in the Project Period.

Once we have received your application, we immediately start looking for the best project option and accommodation for you, preparing for a meaningful volunteer experience. From now on we will handle according our not very flexible refund policy.

All refunds will be made within 60 days.
