We charge a Project Fee to cover volunteer / interns placement costs. This includes a registration fee, a weekly fee and additional (optional) fees.
Registration Fee
The Registration Fee is 250 euro. This covers our office expenses such as negotiating for workplaces and accommodations, projects promotion, as well as rent, utilities and staff salaries.
Weekly Fee
The Weekly Fee is 80 euro. This includes:
- Your simple and secure accommodation, sharing with others and 2 meals a day
- Orientation on the first day
- Monthly work place visit
- Regular telephone follow up during service period
- Response services in case of emergency by contacting families or friends abroad
- Response services in case of passport loss
- Placement at a different project if the need arises
- Placement with a different host family or hostel if the need arises
- Free use of office internet
- Expert advice on the best excursions around
Additional Fee
- Reception at airport and transportation to accommodation and first day transportation to the Project: 55 euro.
- Culture and language lessons, for a minimum of 3 lessons: 20 euro per week.
- Private accommodation, the volunteer / intern gets a private room and they carter for their own meals, the cost of this accommodation is 15 euro extra every week.
- Shared accommodation of which two or more volunteers / interns of the same sex can use, This type of accommodation is based in a furnished Apartments and you carter you own meals , the costs of this accommodation is 30 euro per person every week and with facilities like swimming pool.
Other Expenses
Examples of personal expenses that are not included in the above mentioned fees are your airplane ticket and related travel expenses, visa application, insurance, medical expenses, expenses on leisure time (safaris, entertainment, personal adventure travel), phone calls, clothing and daily transportation to your project location.
