Volunteer work and Internships in Africa to help out others
After a long absence in the world of volunteers and interns, we now want to mediate again in volunteer and internship projects in Kenya. The costs involved, such as housing and food, are paid almost entirely to the local population.
We reserve a small portion for costs incurred.
If you can arrange and pay for your accommodation and meals yourself, you do not pay anything to Butterfly for this and you can, for example, make a donation to your volunteer or internship project.
For people from all over the world
Butterfly4Volunteers arranges internships and volunteer work abroad for people from all over the world. We identify suitable projects for volunteers and interns who want to contribute to a development project in Kenya-Africa. We started with our projects with the sole purpose of stimulating the international community get awareness of people´s living conditions in developing countries. We work with volunteers and interns from countries all over the world, offering assistance in the exchange of knowledge, skills and ideas. By doing so, we hope to contribute to meaningful developments, improving the living standard of the less privileged and giving them a chance for a better life.
About our volunteer and internship organization
Butterfly4Volunteers was started in 2009 and was registered in Kenya under the Registrar of Companies as Butterfly Business Network. The main offices are situated in Mombasa. We are continuously searching for suitable projects for you to help passing your skills to the world and to make volunteering abroad a meaningful experience.

In search of nectar and in the process helping pollen to drop from one flower to the other, thereby aiding fertilization?
